Ok, so I'm a slug
I still have not started a regular exercise program. Still working on the consistent sleep pattern. I am weaning myself from my thyroid meds. I hope to start a natural thyroid supplement soon.
Still doing well with the avoidance of crap food. No soda, no fast food, WAY reduced processed food & lots of spring water.
I know I will feel much better about myself & have increased energy once I do begin a regular exercise program. I just need to get my butt in gear.
I have lost about 5 more pounds. So that is interesting.
I'll try to be better about updating the blog.
